DIAC Performing Art & Culture Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956, with incorporation dated 16th November 2017. The foundation is duly recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India.
DIAC is a registered Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), enabling us to collaborate with government and private institutions for socio-cultural development initiatives and skill-based training programs.
The Foundation is ISO 9001:2015 certified, which reflects our commitment to maintaining quality standards in the planning and execution of cultural education programs, training modules, and art-based community services.
DIAC is eligible to receive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds under Section 135 of the Companies Act. Our activities align with Schedule VII, focusing on education, art and culture promotion, rural development, and skill enhancement.
The foundation is registered under Sections 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, enabling donors to claim tax exemptions on contributions and ensuring transparency in financial governan.
